Ariel Naveh

Rabbi Ariel Naveh is a rabbi, educator, and organizer from Long Island, where he’s been living for the past 5 years. Ari was ordained from the Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati in 2015, and has extensive experience working with and mobilizing young people with Hillel, Bend the Arc, and NFTY. He wrote his 2015 rabbinical thesis on the Israeli cultural response to the Yom Kippur War of 1973, demonstrating his love of and connection to Israel, which brought him to the Hatikvah slate where he was honored to serve as a delegate to the 2025 WZC elections, while also managing the campaign. When he’s not tilting at the windmills of progressive organizing, he loves to hike around Long Island, bake, and gain inspiration for more baking by watching way too many cooking shows.
